  I booked with Kate and she did an amazing job. She gave the right amount of pressure and she made the experience very peaceful. She gave me lemon water at the end. It was PERFECT for my first massage. The location is nice. The ambiance on the inside is so soothing. Dim light, warm tone, with the sound of waves playing in the background. Overall the place was so clean and smelled great. I can’t wait til my next appointment!

  Kimmy is truly the best! I went to see her Sunday night and have been meaning to leave this review because I can’t stop thinking about how amazing it was. It was my first time seeing her, and she made me feel so comfortable right away. She’s so warm, attentive, and really in tune with what your body needs—I felt completely taken care of the entire time. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and just overall so much better. I even mentioned to her that I want to try gliding cupping next time, and I’m already so excited to come back and see her again. Highly, highly recommend! 💛

  I had another awesome experience at the NOW Massage West Loop location. My massage therapist, Kate, is VERY good at her job. Her technique is the perfect amount of gentle and strong. Kate is small but mighty! She is very professional in the way she takes care of you from the moment you arrive. She makes sure she understands the problem areas I want to address. I also appreciate the way she covers the areas she's not working on to give some degree of modesty. (As much as can be expected during a massage anyway.) I will definitely be back.

  This was such a restful and relaxing massage experience. Kinny must have magical hands because I’m very ticklish during massages and I didn’t feel that way at all during my 50 minute deep tissue massage. She was very conscientious of my comfort and tolerance with pressure. I didn’t quite know what my problem areas were Before starting the massage, but about 10 minutes into it, she could tell that my shoulders have a lot of tension and paid particular attention to getting some of those deeper knots out. She was incredible. I would highly recommend her for your upcoming service!

  Lynetta was the best masseuse I ever had!!. She made my body feel heard with her technique, taking the time to truly understand where I carried tension. She carefully worked through my muscle knots with extra attention and care, never rushing, always intentional. She was absolutely amazing!! her skill, presence, and dedication made the entire experience unforgettable. She was truly great. I already booked my next appointment with her 💕
