I was excited to come back since i've been having significant lower and middle back issues and pain for a few months. I did clearly mention this to my massage therapist but the massage was predominantly my arms, chest, legs and shoulders with minimal attention to the spots I mentioned. I was really looking forward to someone finally working on my lower back and was sad that it got 0 attention. I normally never say anything, but with the amount of pain i've been in lately, I decided to mention it to Jenn at the front desk. She instantly helped me out and provided reassurance and a solution. I just want to say thank you to her as that was exactly what I needed in that moment!
