You can tell he’s been in the industry for years (his experience shows in every detail) but what really sets him apart is that he stays up to date with the latest styles and techniques. He listens closely when you describe what you’re looking for and then executes it flawlessly. The prices at Strands are incredibly reasonable for the level of care and skill Victor brings. More than just a haircut, he makes the whole experience feel personal and intentional. You never feel like just another number in a chair, he truly wants you to leave feeling your best.
