  Marci was the most condescending person. I asked for help on a foundation and I was met with an unfriendly attitude. I felt like I was being talked to as if I was a 10 year old. I know what foundation is. I was simply looking for a match and recommendation. She made me feel like I was ugly and annoying her. I ended up not buying anything and walking out. I would like to come back to this location but only on days she’s not there. Every other employee seems to be nice and helpful and gave helpful tips to other customers. I think the person in charge of her needs to review her work.

  I want to take a moment to recognize AJ for delivering truly exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked into the store, she immediately made my experience effortless and welcoming. AJ knew exactly where every product I was looking for was located, which meant I never had to wander the store or struggle to find anything. What impressed me most was how attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful she was. AJ made me feel like a valued customer and made sure I had everything I needed. Because of her efficiency and product knowledge, I was able to get in and out of the store within just a few minutes with five or six products I love. Employees like AJ are the reason customers return. She represents the brand with professionalism, warmth, and expertise, and she truly elevates the entire shopping experience. Sephora is fortunate to have someone like her on the team, and I sincerely hope her outstanding service is recognized. Associates like AJ set the standard for what great customer service should look like.
