  It was pandemonium in this location. The store is very well organized and the selection was great, but too crowded for me.

  Decent location, though did have a rude employee deny a mobile checkout of 1 item, then turned around and checked out another customer just minutes later. Another employee gladly helped us afterwards, but my daughter was upset by the initial interaction

  I go to this Sephora often and their customer service is always excellent! I had the pleasure of meeting one of their beauty advisors Camila a few weeks back during my visit. Camila was very helpful with finding all the products that I needed! She offered great advice and a very welcoming conversation! Also shoutout to Arya at checkout who was also very welcoming and engaging. See you guys again!

  Sephora Chicago is a fantastic place for anyone who loves beauty and skincare. The store is spacious, modern, and beautifully organized, making it easy to explore a wide variety of brands and products. What I really like about this location is the huge selection. From luxury skincare and makeup to trending beauty products, they have almost everything you could be looking for. It’s also a great place to discover new brands and try products before buying. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with recommendations or answer questions. Even when the store is busy, the atmosphere still feels energetic and enjoyable. Overall, Sephora Chicago is a great beauty shopping destination in the city. Whether you’re looking for your favorite products or just want to explore the latest beauty trends, this store is definitely worth visiting

  The greeter had a very condescending demeanor as soon as I entered the store along with a man she was standing right next to. Not a smile, nothing. Tried to hand me a basket which I declined politely. The lady by the MAC cosmetics was super friendly, though. I was only there very briefly as it was very busy, crowded, and the whole vibe was just very uninviting. I'd rather shop online for sure. There was a lady there named Christine with badly drawn-on eyebrows and cheap lashes who looked like she was having the most miserable day ever. If you do not enjoy your job maybe it's time to look for another one. I bought one item and got the hell out of there as quickly as I came in. Too much pretentiousness and too many egos. Never again.
