  Sam is the best in hair coloring. I had a fantastic experience and the best in the South Loop!!! He is truly a professional and takes his time to take good care of you. Friends and family trust me on this contact.

  I had such an amazing experience at Saraya Salon! Sam and Jenan did an incredible job on my hair — I got a haircut and a Brazilian blowout, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were also kind enough to take me in last minute while I was visiting from out of town, which I really appreciated. The entire experience felt so welcoming and professional. I’ve also been here before with Ayham, who gave me a great haircut — overall, the team here is consistently excellent. Highly recommend Saraya Salon, and especially Sam and Jenan — I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

  0 Stars. DO NOT GO HERE. The owner, Sam, leaves his dog in his car in his small sedan all day while he works and has been for several months. 6+ hours of the dog just sitting in the car. He is a very negligent dog owner, even the cops were called several times and they didn't do anything. Do not support a business that is run by a person who treats animals with such disrespect.

  If I could give 0 starts I would. Do NOT support this business. Sam Hindi who I believe is the owner of the salon, leaves his dog in his small sedan all day while he goes into work. He has been doing this for months now. The last couple of times he has left his German Shepard in the car for over 6 hours and the only time he "takes the dog out" is without a leash. He is extremely negligent and other workers clearly don't say anything. The police have been called on him many times - DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Photos of Sam Hindi below.

  I went in for a hair color, cut and style last weekend as a walk-in. Even with it being last minute, Sam accommodated me with such kind and welcoming energy. Ayham moved efficiently coloring my hair, and Jeneen gave me layers and styled them beautifully. Overall, the customer service was exceptional. I've received so many compliments on my hair and the choice in color, which I have Sam to thank for. Highly recommend!
