  My piercer, Tina, was AMAZING!!! I had my helix pierced here and she was so helpful and gentle. She was so sweet and amazing and did a beautiful job. Also, the salon is incredibly sterile and professional. Thank you!!

  Grace was amazing. She explained all the details before I got my tragus pierced. She helped me make a decision as well as picked out a cute earring for me. She provided five star service and I will definitely be back.

  I got my ear pierced today. It was so smooth, they did everything perfectly. Ali(I don't know her name exactly😅), she was very kind, very professional and I didn't feel any kind of pain cuz she did it very nicely. Just love this place. Thank u 😊.

  Had my tragus pierced by one of these alleged nurses, it hurt, and she admitted that she had a hard time which caused trauma to my ear. I will never go there again!! My ear never healed, I’ve had so many problems with it, the piercing ended up closing. I will go back to Banter!!!

  We had such a wonderful experience getting my daughter’s ears pierced, and I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and at ease—especially important for a big moment like this. A special thank you to Nurse Grace, who was absolutely incredible. She was so kind, patient, and gentle with my daughter, taking the time to explain everything and make sure she felt calm and confident. You can truly tell she cares about what she does. The whole process was clean, professional, and surprisingly quick, and my daughter walked out smiling and so proud. It turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into such a positive and memorable one for both of us!
