  The store was cleaned and stocked nicely, what caught my eye was Brittney! She was serving another client with questions about products while also making time to answer questions and complete a transaction for me while the customer consulted with friends. Brittney was amazing, had a great vibe and super sweet.

  Great service, thanks Alyssa, my niece loved scent so much she screamed very high pitch, never again. Next time I will give gift and run to other room. I get why people just love Sephora.

  The associate processed the wrong return without confirming the order # with me, then refused to take responsibility. She redirected me to customer service that there is nothing she can do instead of acknowledging her error - despite knowing I had already spent significant time on calls to ensure the correct return previously. When I returned to address the issue, she/Brittany was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, offering a not-genuine apology and shutting down the conversation rather than fixing the situation. This entire experience could have been avoided with basic order confirmation and professional communication. Instead, it became a frustrating and unpleasant situation that led me to return everything and decide not to shop with MAC Chicago again. I’d heard a few horror stories about MAC Chicago but never expected to experience one myself.

  Rude staff. Was just looking for some product and one of them asked if they could help. I said I’m looking for some product, literally just wanted a pointer but she couldn’t help. And suddenly, another black staff next to her told me to wait as if I’m bothering them, in a rude way. She looked super annoyed and I immediately walked out of the store. On the way out, I was able to find the product I was looking for on my own. Never visiting again. Horrible customer service.

  Desi is an amazing MAC PRO! I swing by the store semi regularly to pick up a few things whenever there is a new launch and she always helps me out!! Today I hit Gold status on my MAC account and that’s pretty much thanks to her! You can tell she is a seasoned pro because even on busy days in the store she finds the time to help guests try products, check them out by the register, have conversations about any items if you have questions…and make it all look easy! If you’re thinking about visiting this MAC store I would definitely recommend asking for her if you need any assistance because she’s 10/10.
