Super unprofessional and condescending behavior from team member Ray is disrespectful and disgusting. I have been frequenting this shop for over 2 years, today Ray made some very uncomfortable and unprofessional comments. "I don't plan on leaving this area anytime soon get used it" I made a comment about them having mean girl behavior in passing to their manger 5 months ago , all of a sudden today they thought appropriate to bring up while checking me out at register. As someone who has spent well over thousand dollars at this company, I find it rude for them to take a complaint I made 5 months prior to heart, it's giving weirdo. You're a cashier, you aren't supposed to talk to paying customers like that. Edit : Had the manger Russell call , didn't like his tone so I called corporate back.

Normally I enjoy coming here, but I did not realize that one of their employees was living in there, as his dog is in the shop and is completely unsecured without a leash or collar, as if it were a private residence. Additionally, the employee will get upset with you if you open the door and the dog runs out, rather than being a responsible pet owner and taking accountability. I don’t have an issue with stores having dogs, and I recall a shoe store in Wicker Park having a couple of huskies in their shop. However, they were trained well enough to know to stay inside the shop and not crowd the door. I don’t feel that it’s my responsibility as a customer to manage an employee’s dog that they chose to bring to the shop. Again, these circumstances give me the impression this employee views the shop as an extension of their private residence. There also was no indication that this was any kind of service animal, as it did not have a vest stating so. I also didn’t realize that the store didn’t open until 11:00 during the week, and tried to go in at 10:30. Despite the front entrance being unlocked, I was reprimanded by the dog owner/employee that not only was I letting his dog out, but they were not open until 11:00. I haven’t heard of an establishment that leaves their store unlocked when they are closed. This phenomenon seems to be a major security issue.

I stopped by this location on a rainy, cold spring day to grab a gift for my brother. it had been a rather stressful day and I wanted to do something nice for him. Alec was so lovely and helped me pick out some stress, relief and good sleep bath bombs. He also was so kind and helped me pick out something for myself as well, which was totally unnecessary, but very much appreciated kindness like this is so needed in the world right now. Can’t recommend him and the store enough.❤️❤️.

Been recently looking for more vegan and no animal testing products for myself. Lush has become my favorite so fast. The scents are always amazing and never overwhelming. I have never been disappointed by any of their products. I always look foward to their seasonal prodcuts. The staff at this location are always helpful and kind when I go and stock up.
