Used to visit the one on State street (closed now...), even left a review on Google maps! The products get more expensive every year. Not sure if it's worth the price anymore. The discounts are bare. The free "gift sets" are tiny little bottles, but you still have to spend $50. I heard there were some management issues and the State store was ordered to be shut down due to an expired license. I hope this one doesn't succumb, but this tiny location doesn't seem promising. Not comfortable either The current employees aren't passionate at all. Don't like whatever the company is doing. If they hired someone new to manage the Midwest stores, they need to get their stuff together.... I worked retail and know what it's like.

I walked in and there was no one else in the store, but the two associates did not say a word to me. One of them stayed on her phone the entire time. When I checked out, the only thing the other associate said to me was to ask me my name. No offers of help, no thank you. Horrible experience.
