If I were rich enough to get a massage every day, I would hire Mark C immediately. Such a high quality massage and great experience. I’ve been coming here for years and have been impressed with the different therapists I’ve worked with.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. Their lobby is far from relaxing and they routinely mess up bookings. They reschedule you with different therapists (changing a female client to a male therapist when they intentionally book with a woman is not acceptable, especially when they don’t notify you of the change) or completely lose the booking altogether. The front desk and management team need to get it together and provide a welcoming and organized experience for clients.
The massage therapist I see is great, so I’m continuing to go back until I can use up the subscription credits I’ve already paid for, but I would not recommend to others.

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I booked a deep tissue massage with cupping with Cyria, and the results were incredible. She was extremely professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. The pressure and firmness were perfect — strong enough to truly work out my knots without ever feeling rushed or uncomfortable.
Cyria completely alleviated my back pain and took the time to explain what was going on with my muscles. I especially appreciated that she gave me personalized stretches to do afterward to help maintain the results. I walked out feeling looser, pain-free, and honestly better than I have in a long time.
Because of Cyria, I am now a membership holder at The NOW Massage — she is that good.

I came here for a prenatal massage and left very disappointed. The masseuse provided zero relief to the areas of tightness and tension I told him about, and repeatedly ignored my request for more pressure. I’m not even convinced he was prenatal certified. This was definitely not worth the money or my time. If you’re looking for a prenatal massage, skip this place and go to Glow, Birth & Body. If not prenatal, go to Lume Wellness where it is less expensive, more luxurious and personalized.

The whole experience was OK, it was not bad and it could have been better but let me start with the good.
First, the massage was a gift so I was able to make the appointment over the phone, and within a time that I was able to make it.
I like that I received emails and texts confirming my appointment and also tips to keep in mind such as getting there early, if you do not feel well stay home, and being able to follow them on social media. I’ve also gotten emails to ask of me to become a member of NOW
On the day of my appointment I arrived about 15 minutes early and I was offered to use the bathroom as well as getting complimentary water. The front of the space has a few chairs to sit and wait and also products to consider like lotions among other products. Emma came and got me on time and did ask me if I had any injuries, cuts and even what areas not to touch. I then went into the space she had and got ready. The massage was good and comforting, the sounds of waives on the large room do help out block off other people talking since there are only thin curtains between the person next space.
What it would have given the place 4 or 5 stars is the following, first, nobody from the phone call, to my arrival or even Emma did not ask me if I wanted any enhancements. There is a board in the front that shows the different enhancements available as an addition to the massage and nobody asked and I only saw the board after the massage. I did ask for the massage to focus on my legs since I am a runner but I think the massage was a good general one and was not focused on what I needed.
Overall, it the experience was OK, I’ve gotten better and worse experiences including the massage. The customer service needs a bit of improvement and the massage focused on what the customer needs, I also do triathlons and I’ve gotten sport massages where they focus on those areas that need recovery.
