    My New Year massage was amazing. After spending 2025 with one masseuse who has since left the salon I was worried it’d take a long time to find/adapt and grow comfortable with someone new. Dee Dee was attentive and intentional about my needs and has restored my excitement about my monthly massages. From start to finish she made my experience tailored and my mind and body are thankful. 🤍

    I’ve been going to the now for years and always have a phenomenal experience with any of their therapists. This session, I got James, new to The Now, on his first day. He somehow upped the bar for any massage I’ve ever had. I don’t want to leave this review because I know he’s going to get completely booked - but he was truly unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and get a massage and book with James if you can.

    Javier was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the massage was thoughtful, intuitive, and exactly what my body needed. His pressure was perfect, he paid close attention to problem areas, and I left feeling completely relaxed and restored. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients’ comfort. One of the best massages I’ve had—highly recommend Javier and will definitely be booking with him again.

    I booked an 80 min massage with Michael A. based on some good reviews I saw here. I had a very scary experience with this masseuse. I felt like I was being choked at one point and then there was an incident where he had one hand that was on my calf that stopped moving and there was a fast motion coming from his other hand that was not touching my body. I lifted my head out of the face pillow to look back and he said sorry. I notified the manager of my experience. She seemed kind enough but also routined and rehearsed. She told me there would be an investigation and that she would contact afterwards. I never heard back and he is still on the schedule. Also, the manager would not refund the money, rather she credited my membership credit back to my account. I will never visit this location again.

    All around rough experience at the NOW Massage Lakeview. I was gifted a massage for my birthday earlier in the year and have had lot of trouble scheduling the appointment and getting the service I desire. Overpriced, and bad service from an administrative and massage therapist perspective. Firstly I was canceled on two weeks in a row with less than 24hrs notice and I had to reschedule. The establishment was kind and planned cover my next massage once I could make it it in. Upon returning to the location, I booked a Stretch (their version of a sport massage) with deep tissue and was treated to a Swedish. Lightest pressure I've had in a massage in years. I got off the table early because it was not the service I requested, the therapist didn't even ask if she could change any of what she was doing to make the experience better, just walked out of the room. Should not be this difficult to book and get the service you desire. Other NOW locations are better, but I have had issues at this location specifically.
