  I always really loved coming to the Now and used to come often when I had a membership. I was excited to come back since i've been having significant lower and middle back issues and pain for a few months. I did clearly mention this to my massage therapist but the massage was predominantly my arms, chest, legs and shoulders with minimal attention to the spots I mentioned. I was really looking forward to someone finally working on my lower back and was sad that it got 0 attention. I normally never say anything, but with the amount of pain i've been in lately, I decided to mention it to Jenn at the front desk. She instantly helped me out and provided reassurance and a solution. I just want to say thank you to her as that was exactly what I needed in that moment!

  I was visiting from Dallas and my boyfriend and I decided to get a last minute massage. Jean, the manager, was able to book us immediately. Upon arrival the front of house was kind and welcoming. I received a deep tissue massage from Peter who had his work cut out for him when it came to my shoulders. He was fantastic and really focused on where I held all of my tension. Highly recommend asking for him. (I need to add -he has the softest hands in this entire world. It’s now my life mission to have such soft hands.) Thank you to everyone at The Now. From beginning to end, it was a joyous experience.

  Such a great experience! The staff was welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. I had a massage with Bill, with the hot stone addition, and it exceeded all expectations. While my girlfriend was finishing her session, I had the pleasure of chatting with the front desk team and Jean, the manager. They were warm, engaging, and truly delightful. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be back the next time I need a massage!

  I made a gift to my husband, a deep massage, my husband came out not very satisfied, said the massage was too gentle and he didn't feel anything, a complete misunderstanding of the cost for such a service

  I wanted to treat myself to a 50 minute massage with deep tissue addon, the experience here was underwhelming. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and was taken back to the room 3 minutes after my appointment time. I was then left in the massage room for a full 10 minutes to disrobe before the masseuse returned. I got up twice to check my phone wondering what was going on. The massage felt very rushed and was definitely not a deep tissue. When the massage ended, I did not even realize the masseuse had walked out and lay there waiting for more. When i got off the table and checked my phone, it was 45 after meaning I still had 5 minutes left for the massage time that I had purchased. I left feeling that I way overpaid for a mediocre 30 minute massage. I did reach out to the location via their website contact form and never received a response regarding the poor service that I received. This was my second time visiting, my first visit was exceptional, though I don’t think I’ll chance a return visit.
