- JGJennifer GonzalezJan 3, 20261.0Had a horrible experience at this Sephora. To start, I've never seen more than 3 employees working at a time. Suddenly when you walk in as a customer they all act busy and make you seem like an inconvenience. Somehow the one item I've been trying to get with my perfume voucher isn't available at any location. Workers have given horrible attitudes and specifically the employee with pounds of tacky silver glitter on her face left the counter as soon as I went up for assistance. Another employee with long brown hair with untasteful highlights and a blue surgical mask dangling off her face was talking about stealing instead of helping customers. You can tell many work here just for the discount, yet with no expertise in makeup in the slightest. Extremely disappointed but never surprised. 🙄

- AMA MSep 25, 20222.0Return policy is shady at this location. Employee told me there is a 30 day return policy for refunds or exchanges. The Sephora website and customer service representative stated past 30 days you can still get a credit or an exchange even without a receipt. Either the staff are not trained properly on Sephora's return/exchange policy, or since it's a Kohls they are making up their own policies.
