- GMGratitude MamaDec 1, 20252.0The set up is weird. Only having two registers in the midst of the makeup gondolas is inefficient and I’m sure a mess on busy days. Corporate and management should think about how this affects the customer experience. Haven’t worked retail in a while but I can imagine it’s an awful experience for the staff too. Having long lines wrapped around the gondolas while you’re trying to help someone can’t be efficient. Seems like they’re more worried about fitting as many brands in as possible than things just making sense. Feels like a fake Sephora.
