    I bought a charlotte tillsbury high blush wand wand from this location. After a few months I realised it was leaking. I tried to make do with it but so much product was going to waste. I called the store but they insisted it was a 30 day return policy, even though it is the stores fault for selling me a defective product. This was an expensive product and they have no customer quality guarantee. Very disappointed was a waste of a lot of money. Will not be returning to this location or purchasing from Sephora again.

    Order pickup order had items about to expire in it, per expiration date on bottles! It does not seem the store is checking for old products.

    First up, big Thank U's to Nelly for managing my exchange and Yessi for helping me decide on a replacement. I love the new lipcolor! Since Sephora closed our nearest branch, on-line purchases been a challenge. I miss the the days of personal consultation and trying before purchase. This week, in the vicinity of this Michigan Ave store, I decided to venture in. Very overwhelming at first glance, but to my surprise, store was well organized, lines moved quickly and many energetic, knowledge staff ready to help. I applaud this Sephora team!!

    I was greeted at the door and Tania was nice enough to help me find a mascara. However, I received the rudest interaction with one of the workers. She was by the registers and was checking out a customer. I simply asked “excuse me can I check out here?” to know where I should form a line. And she yelled at me and said “CAN’T YOU SEE I’M WITH A CUSTOMER!” I’m sorry I won’t be yelled at. No one should be put in an embarrassing situation like that. Other customers even turned to look. No apology, no awareness, no customer skills. I won’t be returning. They have better service at the other Sephora’s.
