Yet the woman right behind me got a warm “Hi, welcome!” So what is it? Because I’m a man without makeup? Because I’m Asian? Whatever the reason, the energy was giving selective customer service. I wandered around for a while, completely ignored, until I finally asked for help. The associate with the nose piercing literally shooed me away and said she’d “find someone.” Spoiler: no one ever came. I waited ten full minutes before realizing no one cared enough to follow through. If it weren’t for the Rouge event and the one item I wanted being in stock, I would’ve walked right out. The staff here seriously needs a crash course in Customer Service 101 — or at least a reminder that everyone walking through that door deserves to be treated like a paying customer.
