    I went to the store when it wasn’t busy, and there were plenty of employees around, but no one offered to help me even though it was obvious I was looking for something. I asked the cashier (short black hair) for help twice — the first time she ignored me, and the second time she just pointed to where the item was without much effort. She wasn’t busy or helping anyone else. Then, when I was checking out with my friend, she skipped my friend (who was next in line) and checked out another customer instead. Very rude and disappointing experience.

    Clean store. Wish the employees were helpful. I was being watched down trying to find the best shade yet no one bothered to offer assistance.

    Rude and condescending staff. I was approached by staff if I needed help. When I stated what I was looking for, he suggested a beauty scan, I asked how long would that take. He laughed and said “depends on how many questions you have”. He couldn’t tell me how long the scan was but made it known that he was annoyed that a customer asked for help - when he was the one that approached me. It was a very uninviting customer experience and I will not be going there for any type of service. If you can’t provide helpful answers, then you shouldn’t be a “beauty expert”.

    Tiara was amazing! She’s so knowledgeable and helped me totally refresh my skincare and makeup routine. I’m in my mid-thirties and my skin has changed, so she showed me exactly what products to use and how to apply them. I left with glowing skin, a beautiful face, and so much excitement to do my routine again. Book her for a makeup lesson!
