    I went there a few months ago for Christmas shopping, and they were really nice, specifically the sales clerk named Mia , she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and just a sweetheart.

    Right when I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I was looking for something specific, and was directed to Heather. She was incredibly helpful and took time to listen to what I was looking for, and find the correct shade for my skin - it was super helpful, I really needed advice on brands and color and she was very knowledgeable and gave me the best product in my price range.

    Deeply discouraged that the staff was pressuring everyone to leave the store at 7:59 pm (1 minute before the store was going to close). Just days before Christmas. Don’t they want people’s business days before the holiday.

    I went there a few weeks back and I asked a couple associates for help finding the perfect winter berry shade that would go with my skin tone and hair. They were so kind and generous with me and their time! I forget the gals name, but she showed me multiple shades from a wide price range before we settled on one. She was so patient with me and gave me her honest opinion. I get compliments on that shade EVERY TIME I wear it. I also got some samples of a foundation while I was there and LOVED IT (haus labs). Will definitely go back here when I’m ready to purchase!

    I went to the store when it wasn’t busy, and there were plenty of employees around, but no one offered to help me even though it was obvious I was looking for something. I asked the cashier (short black hair) for help twice — the first time she ignored me, and the second time she just pointed to where the item was without much effort. She wasn’t busy or helping anyone else. Then, when I was checking out with my friend, she skipped my friend (who was next in line) and checked out another customer instead. Very rude and disappointing experience.
