    I was a somewhat frequent customer of this Sephora because it’s the closest one to me. Today while I was there, the security guard/ loss prevention person (did not have on security attire) came up to me and told me to empty my coat. I was confused and asked what she meant because obviously that’s not a regular thing that occurs. She kept saying empty your coat then said I need you to take the Sephora products out of your coat. I said I don’t have any Sephora products in my coat. I emptied my pockets and she then said no, open your coat so I opened it and she saw I didn’t have anything. She then said you’re good, a customer that left told me you were putting things in your coat. Who knows if that’s true or not but I’ve never felt so humiliated. I’ve been rouge at Sephora several years but have recently been going to Ulta more so I’m now just a VIB but I’ll be taking my business to Ulta only now. I’ve never stolen anything a day in my life and the way that was addressed was humiliating and unprofessional. Won’t be back. I gave her the products I had in my hand and basket and left.

    I use to love Sephora; however their return policy sucks. I bought an item during holidays and just got to returning. I’m past the 30 day window and so they can offer me nothing- no exchange, no store credit- despite product being brand new and unopened. Ultas window is 60 days so I’ll be shopping there given the improved flexibility. I completely understand the employee teams have to follow policy but this feels like a bad decision for lifetime customer satisfaction from corporate.

    I asked a question to the employee about my birthday gift that I missed out on the previous month, she was insanely rude and she repeatedly interrupted me offered no help at all and rolled her eyes while treating me like I was stupid. I don’t even feel comfortable going back to this location the girl working was so awful.

    I went there a few months ago for Christmas shopping, and they were really nice, specifically the sales clerk named Mia , she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and just a sweetheart.
