  The guy that checked us out was rude and stated “You look like someone that would get that” and was an extremely weird and uncomfortable comment to say. We just awkwardly laughed it off and yet again he continued to say “You look like you scroll TikTok that’s the only way people know about this product”. Again wasn’t sure why that was something that was said as we didn’t say anything and were just looking to checkout. It’s rude, unnecessary and unprofessional and leaves a bad taste in our mouths. Wouldn’t recommend this location to someone.

  I think that one lady in the reviews- Ayusha lied; gurlll nobody rolled their eyes at you!😂 this is the ONLY Sephora where the workers are super nice and super inviting. And I’ve gone both when it’s super dead and super busy at different times of the day&week. All the workers here are sweethearts.

  Can you limit your staff??? there were so many in that teeny tiny little sephora that i felt like there was more workers than shoppers. I counted 7 times workers came up to me and my friends and asked if we needed help. NO!! we DO NOT. I get it, the store carries expensive items and we are teenagers but LEAVE US ALONE.

  Came into this Sephora store to check out some free product samples and I asked a staff person for some product samples & he brought back a small enclosed cologne sample for men & tried to tell me that that was all the samples that they had in that huge store. So I had decided to look for my own product samples in the store & found mascara & tinted bronze sunscreen. A staff person (caucasian white female with jet black hair & bangs) confronted me regarding opening the sample drawer like she was policing the store stating that I wasn't allowed to open the sample drawer. This staff person took her job at Sephora too seriously standing around there all day watching people like they above somebody. I did not stay long after that encounter & I kept my free samples that I found anyway. When I got outside the police was driving down the middle of state street like they was looking for me.🙄🙄

  On a recent business trip I stopped by to pick up something from One/Size near closing. I was lucky enough to be helped by Lo and I must say Sephora is NOT paying him enough or singing his praises enough! After helping me select the proper shade of the powder, I mentioned wanting to peruse the scents and he happily walked over with me and took me on a journey through scents. I eventually chose one but to my surprise we sprayed something on my clothes and hours later the scent was all I could smell and I was IN LOVE! I went back the next day but unfortunately he was not working and the sales associates in the perfume section were more interested in their personal cell phones and having a very personal conversation quite loudly. What took me aback even more was that the only time my presence was acknowledged was to ask me to move as one associate attempted to clean up the section. Nevertheless, their poor customer service did not dissuade me from finding the goodness that Lo put me on to. Upon returning to home I ran to my regular Sephora searching for the scent but to no avail. On my 3rd trip to a Sephora I spent 30 mins with an amazing associate smelling things but it just wasnt “it.” So I just called this store location and it was kismet! Lo was working and he even remembered helping me a week prior. He listed a few of the scents we tried and I was able to find it! This LONG story to say, Ive been a customer of Sephora for almost 30 years and yes Im dating myself, but in that time I have never worked with an associate as friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and full of zest as Lo. He is just a complete vibe! This location is beyond lucky to have him and he really should be training or managing others because he is top notch. My experience with him not only helped me in a search for something I had no real plans of purchasing but had me visiting multiple Sephora looking for something and even though I didn’t find it until stop 3, I spent money each time. Lol An amazing sales associate doesn’t just support one sale but they secure repeat customers, and Lo did just that. So kudos to whomever hired him, you found a gem and to the current management he deserves his accolades and your team deserves to learn from him! Thank you Lo!
