- CACrystal ArroyoMar 26, 20252.0Let me start off by saying that I love the employees at Semper. Elizabeth and Gia are people that I would probably be friend in the real world. They are hard-working, accommodating, friendly, and so professional. They are not a reflection of the company, the company gets the 2 stars. Elizabeth and Gia get 5 stars. I have had a total of six sessions, and unfortunately, I have seen absolutely no difference. Do not get me started on the scheduling, It is impossible to get an appointment with them. So how could you ever reach your desired look and goal if you could never get an appointment in. The reason for this is because they only had one machine; however, recently they got their second machine, and yet there is still no difference in the horrible. I took pictures of almost 6 months later of me going to sessions and provided it to the office. I was told that I would get a call back from the manager to discuss and adjust and find a better solution, but never got a call back. I understand that the company is under new management, but I must say that customer service is not a priority for new management. The previous management actually cared to accommodate and make the customer feel better by granting sooner appointments. But this management says that’s not a priority. I have a sister who recently went to a different company and after just two sessions, she sees a complete difference. With that said, if you can find a different company for better results, I highly recommend it.
