Avoid this place if you value your time or money.

This appointment was a huge deal to me. It was going to be my first cut in three years, my birthday present, and honestly something to try to boost my self esteem. I also live about an hour away, so it was a little bit of a hike to get there. Less than 30 minutes before my appointment (as I’m driving around scoping out a parking space) they call and cancel my appointment. My options were to come in at noon (which at this point would be a little less than 2.5 hours away) or reschedule. Since I had already used a PTO hours to take the morning off for the cut and didn’t want to wait around for 2.5 hours, I just cut my losses and didn’t reschedule. I understand people get sick and things happen, but to have an appointment scheduled for months for it to get cancelled 30 mins prior after you’ve driven and hour to get there and used a PTO day is really really brutal.

Neftali is amazing if you’re wanting a heavily layered cut and she really listens to what the client wants. I was nervous I would lose a lot of length that I had been growing out especially since I asked for a lot of layers, but I lost almost None besides a tiny trim that I asked for and I am soooo so happy, I will definitely be returning!! ❤️

It's over my head but I would say they apply biology and architecture to make us individually look the most asthethetically interesting or beautiful that we can. Billy is an amazing human person and friend. I've known him and Amanda for at a bare bones minimum for 10 years. In my 42 years, these are two of the most real people I've met in my existence. Every single time I go, I get compliments from everyone. Family, friends and coworkers. I never feel more confident in myself than right after a gloss and cut here. @Billy and @Amanda you rock, thank you for who you are and what you do for all of us.
