I said I’m looking for some product, literally just wanted a pointer but she couldn’t help. And suddenly, another black staff next to her told me to wait as if I’m bothering them, in a rude way. She looked super annoyed and I immediately walked out of the store. On the way out, I was able to find the product I was looking for on my own. Never visiting again. Horrible customer service.

Today I hit Gold status on my MAC account and that’s pretty much thanks to her! You can tell she is a seasoned pro because even on busy days in the store she finds the time to help guests try products, check them out by the register, have conversations about any items if you have questions…and make it all look easy! If you’re thinking about visiting this MAC store I would definitely recommend asking for her if you need any assistance because she’s 10/10.

It was busy when we came in but Alice was sure to ask if we needed help after seeing us all aloof. Alice was very kind and made good conversation, they were the kind of person you would always hope would help you out at a store. Outstanding👍

- DTDennise Le TellierJul 11, 20251.0I walked in here 7/11 around 5pm, I wasn’t greeted at all. I just needed one lipstick. Seeing no one was available I went to the checkout counter. An employee comes out from the back, doesn’t acknowledge me at all. A second one comes out, asks “do you need something” I said I only needed a lipstick. She said she would grab it for me and then proceeded to tell a customer next to me that she would help her “over here” (where I was standing) instead of asking me to step aside while she finished with one customer. I felt completed disregarded on multiple occasions within just a few minutes of walking in. I left frustrated and with no lipstick. Disappointing. I will shop online I suppose because the customer service was nonexistent.
