Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the warmest soul, Maria, who did a wonderful job of helping me find what I was looking for without being sales-y or pushy. I had so much fun connecting with Maria, I didn’t want to leave! Then, during checkout, Mac was kind, funny, and quick! 10/10 visit, no notes. 🩷

MAC (Makenzie) did a great job inspiring me to select and I had fun learning about the products. Too, the recipient of my gifts, a male, loved them for his baths. I shall now stop in to this LUSH when I’m in the area and this brand now has a new customer. I’d also like to add that I randomly sprayed myself with some fragrance and on my way home I smelt so good. I couldn’t believe it. I believe I layered three fragrances, and it was really pleasant and smelled unlike any fragrances, bespoke, that I typically buy at department stores. I was also given a sample of shampoo and it was my first time using a cream shampoo and I actually really loved it for my Natural Hair. I’m a black woman with 4C hair and this was great for my scalp and my curls. Thank you so much MAC—I love that you were authentic down to earth and knowledgeable.
- VLVija LappSep 17, 20251.0Got a bath bomb (it was the ghost one for Halloween that’s white, pink, and blue) and it left pink stains inside my bathtub. This was the worst of it but there is a bit of a pink undertone to my tub now. The photo attached is the biggest stain and was taken after a quick scrub using a brush and cleaning spray. Pretty pissed. When I initially saw it stain as it dissolving a quick wipe with my finger did nothing to deter the stain. Don’t buy bath bombs from here if you don’t want to see the aftermath for a while.
