I was the only person in the store and not a single employee greeted me yet were all having their own convos when I passed right by them a few times. But a few minutes later a few Caucasians came in and were greeted right away. No one helped me or asked me if I needed any assistance in my 20 min being in here which is a first in any lush that I’ve experienced this before, usually everyone is so kind… I went to pay for my items and the cashier didn’t even greet me still, and I was like hi? And quickly talked over me if I wanted a bag. Work on your damn customer service, like what the hell even. I shouldn’t have bought a thing but I didn’t let any of them kill my vibe.

I had so much fun connecting with Maria, I didn’t want to leave! Then, during checkout, Mac was kind, funny, and quick! 10/10 visit, no notes. 🩷

MAC (Makenzie) did a great job inspiring me to select and I had fun learning about the products. Too, the recipient of my gifts, a male, loved them for his baths. I shall now stop in to this LUSH when I’m in the area and this brand now has a new customer. I’d also like to add that I randomly sprayed myself with some fragrance and on my way home I smelt so good. I couldn’t believe it. I believe I layered three fragrances, and it was really pleasant and smelled unlike any fragrances, bespoke, that I typically buy at department stores. I was also given a sample of shampoo and it was my first time using a cream shampoo and I actually really loved it for my Natural Hair. I’m a black woman with 4C hair and this was great for my scalp and my curls. Thank you so much MAC—I love that you were authentic down to earth and knowledgeable.
