I generally have no issue tipping for quality service, but in this case, the experience did not warrant such an amount, and the lack of transparency in the payment process was concerning. It overall felt unfair and unprofessional. I hope the management reviews both service standards and payment procedures to prevent similar issues in the future.

No parking so take public transportation or have someone drive you and wait in the car. You get to see where you are I. The wait list online. The staff are good and cuts are $26 base price for cuts. Prices for haircuts are going up everywhere but it's still better than paying $50 for a simple cut.
