Received straight cut. When I called to ask about getting it corrected, he argued over the phone. Acknowledged he heard layers and then attempted to say my hair didn't have layers. He told me I was welcome to come back the next day when he wasn't working or to go a different Great Clips location (Clark St). Prior visit I have seen Stylist 1 making fun of a older female customer who came back to get her hair corrected. Claimed to his coworker, "that lady has no clue what she wanted". It was VERY TELLING when he attempted the same thing with me over the phone. Thankfully a different stylist at this location was more diligent to look at the photos, attempted to fix her coworkers mistake, and exhibit professional behavior.

On top of this, he left the sides longer than requested, and the cut on my neck and sideburns is choppy and incomplete. I now have a poorly done buzz, which I did not request. He failed on both communication and execution, do not recommend.

Prices are much more reasonable than any other salon that charges $50-$60 for just a simple men’s fade cut. Highly recommend and please ask for Anna! She’s the best!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
