I told her that I will be arriving in the next 10-15 min which she said was okay. I had paid for an uber to make sure I got there in time only to be turned away. Insisting I did not talk to any of the staff present and all the staff denies talking to me. Even though I confirmed with them the number I called and showed the time and duration of the call. Yet still insisted that I could not be helped. I would have preferred that they not give me false information on the phone as I spent money to get there in time and then lied to my face when they couldve just taken responsibility for the misinformation and apologized. Will not be returning to this service again.

I shared a photo of the style I wanted, but the stylist immediately started with the trimmer and finished in less than 10 minutes. I didn’t get a chance to give feedback or suggest adjustments. After the cut, she told me my hair is different and that’s why it didn’t look the same but that should have been discussed before starting. Overall, it was not worth the money we pay here.
