  I had a great experience today buying my first Diptyque fragrance with a friend. We were admittedly very silly and tried way too many perfumes but the sales associates kept humoring us. They are very knowledgeable and want you to walk away with a fragrance that makes you happy! Thank you two!

  amazing experience, great staff, and very personalized to what scents I was interested in or often wore. the orpheon and philosykos scent are so perfect.

  I really don’t appreciate being stared down and judged for walking inside the store. The store is small and cute and the employee was helpful even tho it felt uncomfortable and rushed. I liked one fragrance but I’m not spending so much for something that doesn’t last and that shouldn’t give the right of looking at me like I’m weird. I may try it again in the future but not any time soon.

  Horrible service. There were 2 associates in the store and only 1 was helpful (but busy helping someone else checkout). The other associate was acting like she didn’t work there and refused to help us and was just fiddling with random products until asked. Avoid this store — I will not be purchasing again after this experience!
