The staff is warm, friendly, and not pushy if you simply want to browse and play with testers. They are also extremely knowledgeable about all of the products sold in-store, and I’ve typically been very happy with their recommendations. I have sensitive skin so I have had a few skincare products that gave me a rash, and they refunded me no questions asked. The store even has fun in-store events like free facials. I personally feel the in-store experience here is much more fun and inviting than Sephora, and will always support Credo’s mission of clean beauty.

I also really love the credo product lines and like that a lot of products are pretty affordable. They’ve got a great in store recycler programs for empties and you get rewards points for doing it.
