    I had an amazing experience with Reiner! She not only showed me all the fragrances I was interested in, but also helped me narrow it down and choose my top five for the 7.5 ml set. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I really appreciated the extra samples she included as well. I’ll definitely be coming back—thank you again!

    Made some purchases here and the place is incredible, except a worker that seemed Asian (don’t mean to offend), who treated me differently from other clients but there was other lady who made my experience good after such a welcoming experience with her

    My experience in the store was quite uncomfortable because of the sales associate who helped us — a man with a mustache. His presence felt tense and somewhat condescending, which made us feel rushed during our visit. I actually wanted to take my time to smell and explore the fragrances, but he didn’t really give us the space to do that. Because of the pressure, I ended up making a quick purchase without asking the questions I normally would. Unfortunately, the interaction felt unhelpful and a bit arrogant, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I truly love the brand and the products, but this experience made me feel like it might be easier to just shop online instead of visiting the store.

    I had such a great experience with the store associate at Diptyque. I ordered a candle over the phone, and she was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. She even offered me free same-day delivery, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The customer service was seamless and truly appreciated — thank you for making it so easy!
