  I had a deeply unsettling experience at Market place shopping center on March 13 at roughly 7 PM. I was looking for assistance and was met with dismissive, cold behavior by a younger white employee with light brown hair covering her name tag. When I politely asked for help, I was given a side-eye and told 'no' before she walked away. This behavior left me feeling targeted and humiliated. In a time where we expect equality, this type of prejudice and rude behavior is shocking. I am hoping management reviews camera footage from this time to identify this employee and address her behavior, as it was discriminatory and disrespectful and behaved in a prejudiced manner, leaving me feeling unsafe and unwelcome. She then neglected her duties to talk to friends/acquaintances. I would like a manager to follow up on this incident.

  I went to Sephora today, and Jazmin helped me find a concealer(s) and foundation/skin tint and when I mentioned that I would look for contour some other time, she gave a fun smirk;) and introduced me to some cream contours and blushes that I think I’ll get later on:) Thank you Jasmine:)!!

  I had such a great experience at this Sephora thanks to Bri! They didn’t have what I was looking for in-store, but she went out of her way to help me order it online. The payment machines weren’t working, and Bri found a solution right away by letting me purchase gift cards at a different machine so we could still place the order in store. I’ve been to lots of Sephoras (and I’ve even worked in them myself), and as a client I truly felt taken care of. She was warm, patient, and so kind throughout the whole experience. Moments like this genuinely make me want to shop in store more. Thank you Bri! 💕

  I personally wanted to thank the manager at Champaign I believe her name is Abby, my wife was shopping yesterday and lost one of her special earrings, I asked her where were you shopping today and this is the first store she called, within a hour or so she received a call stating they think they had her earring. Sunday I went to the store and retrieved it. Thank you we will be forever grateful for your help with something that ment somuch to us, Thank You !!!!!
