Went to the floor associate and asked if they could page a salon person back for me, only to be informed that they couldn't do that because none of their salon personnel showed up to work their shifts and weren't answering calls to get them to come in. Pointless to schedule an appointment here apparently. Huge waste of time.

The only issue I had is the back of my hair is not what I asked for. I love the length and the sides but got home not liking the back of my hair. Have a wedding in 2 weeks ill have to get it fixed before. I wish I could post pics maybe its just me.
