Today my 2 boys and husband were in and my oldest son(16) told the lady what he wanted, which is the same everytime he goes.( its on the ticket) Well she chopped it, and I mean chopped. She apparently didn't listen because its sooo short. 👎👎If you can't listen to a client then maybe you shouldn't be cutting hair. Also the price for a guy's haircut/trim is ridiculous!!

I went with someone who had never done my hair, and sadly have to report I was very disappointed with the outcome. There is no style to my hair now and it is very unevenly cut. I will really have to think about whether I will return again. The girl who cut it was very nice, but, I was not impressed at all Update: the manager reached out and my hair was fixed at no charge. Great customer service. I will be back! Thank you!
