We went today and had a wonderful experience with the kind woman who detangled and cut my daughters hair with patience and care. Thank you! Unfortunately, a few seats away was a man who spoke at a volume loud enough to hear throughout the salon. The entire time we were there we all had to listen to his pro-ICE, "paid agitators", and upcoming rapture standpoints while his stylist openly agreed with him throughout. What was a normal and usually joyful thing for my daughter (thanks for the suckers every time), quickly turned into discomfort and me trying to distract my daughter from picking up on the tone and content coming from a few seats away. Not really my thing, so sharing in case it isn't your's either.

My stylist actually listened, like actually listened. They fixed the mess a different salon left on my head (we won’t name names… but they know who they are), and somehow made it look effortless. The place was clean and fast. If every place operated like this Great Clips, the world would be a lot less chaotic. Definitely sticking with them from now on.
