  I just drove 30 minutes to get a hair cut here and they refused me service because it was "closing time" even though it was 20 minutes before closing. I had already tried checking in online at 4:10 and 4:15 and it said we had to walk in. I walked in and they said, as 2 people are getting a cut, that they're closed, even though the sign and website said otherwise and it's not like they were short staffed because as 2 cutters were cutting other costumers' hair, one was standing there chatting and doing nothing. Not to mention, the whole entire reason I had to go back was because the first time they gave me a terrible haircut and it was so uneven. Refusing us service before closing is the best way to never receive our service again. Our entire family goes there, but will never return. It's no different than a restaurant. You DO NOT refuse customers until the actual closing time. Not 20 min, 10 min or even 1 minute before. They easily could have accepted by business 20 minutes before closing and at 5:00, turn the "OPEN" sign off and finish servicing those customers that made it before close. This type of behavior is how businesses fail. A family of 5 will never give another dime to this business.

  Sent my fiancé to get a trim since we just moved here figured a chain salon would be okay until we find somewhere else to go permanently but that was the worst mistake we could’ve made. I wouldn’t trust anyone here to cut my dogs hair after seeing what he came home with. Terrible service, rude, unprofessional, and untrained staff is the icing on the cake. Go literally ANYWHERE else. You are better off with a bowl and kitchen scissors in your bathroom at 3am.

  I like going to Great Clips because of the ease of online check-in and the consistency of haircut style no matter the stylist. They always ask me if we're still doing the scissors cut with the number 4 on the sides. Like how would I know? Lol! I just tell them to make me look gorgeous. And they do! This time around I opted for a beard trim also. Not a beard really, more like someone who hasn't shaved in 10-12 days. Yeah, I hate shaving. All I really wanted was it to be mowed down to stubble so I could easily finish it off with my electric razor. Mission accomplished.

  Never go to this place it is terrible it looks like they gave me a bowl cut I showed the lady a picture of the haircut I wanted and she gave me the complete opposite not even almost what I showed her I had to cut it myself when I got home that’s how bad it was and the lady had been very rude the both times I have went in there waste of 20 dollars she should have her hair cutting license taken
