- EWErin WOct 31, 20255.0Update 11/1- I came back the next day and scheduled with Brittany. Her profile spoke about healthy hair, so I went with her. Today was a lot different. There were several stylists and customers and the salon had a busy, positive energy. Brittany greeted me right away, evaluated my hair, took pictures of my hair and explained my options. I decided to cut several inches of hair to eliminate most of my color. I left with a great bob style and important hair education. I am extremely happy with the final result. 10/31I arrived for a 4:45pm appt only to see that there was one stylist working and she had quite a bit left to do for the client she was working on. She told me the salon closed at 6pm and I should’ve called instead of booked an appointment online in order to get the service I requested. I decided to post a review when I saw that they actually closed at 7pm; not 6pm as stated.

"Z" consistently worked on my child's hair from start to finish. She was never on her phone, never texting and never involved in conversations that would be inappropriate for my child while doing her hair. I will definitely come back to the salon and let "Z" do my daughter's hair.
- RRRachel RachellAug 15, 20171.0If I could give no star ⭐️....I definitely would. This experience was by far the worst. I asked for highlights and specified that no golden color was desired. What did they do? Give me gold with a big blotch of orange in the middle of the top of my horrible!!!!! The damage was extensive with the manager insisting to go back in another two weeks. The stylist went in twice already trying to correct the mistake at hand. I will never go there again for color EVER! The manager also took ONLY 20% off after looking at the issue and demanding a FULL REFUND AND GOING ELSE WHERE TO GET ALL the orange removed I'am extremely disappointed. If I could post a picture of the horrible job done I sure would. Ladies or gentlemen before going to this establishment re think your options. Color is not cheap nor does hair correct itself overnight!!!!!
