At first it was going well until she began to trim his hairline even though my friend made it very clear he only wanted the sides trimmed. Knowing this she shaved off all of his baby hair and actual hair making it very obvious that there was hair there at one point. (my friend is not the kind to speak up either) she completely ruined his hair ans still made us pay. never going back. if you're thinking about going don't
