I was clearly told that the results would last 3 months, but in reality, the treatment didn’t even last 3 weeks. Every time I washed my hair, it immediately went back to its original frizzy and unmanageable condition. The only reason it seemed somewhat okay initially was because I had to blow-dry and straighten my hair after every wash, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for a keratin treatment. Once I washed my hair and let it dry naturally, it became very obvious that the treatment had no effect at all. I was charged around $350 for this service, which is absolutely ridiculous for something that delivered zero results. This treatment was a complete waste of money and time. For such a high price, I expected professional results, but instead I was left with nothing to show for it. I am very unhappy with the service and would not recommend this keratin treatment to anyone.
