- JOJJ OMar 27, 20265.0I drive over 23 miles to participate in their hair modeling program. Future stylist and colorist use me for training. Their Educators (trainers) were excellent resulting in the best highlights and haircut I have received since participating in this program. If you do this, bring photos of what you want. In past, communication can easily be misunderstood having to speak to trainee and trainer. A photo is easily understood. A haircut was free, highlights and keratin treatment was $40. They only do this at the Bloomingdale location.

- SAS AhmedMar 7, 20261.0worst experience. i’m a mom of 2 finally got a chance to get my hair done and some “me time” turned into a big regret. i booked with tiffany on jan 6 2026 for a 5PM haircut+blowdry! i was asked by the front desk if i wanted a robe, i said sure. never given any robe? or towel or anything. i wasn’t taken in until 5:45 since she ran late, and said they were doing some rearrangements. they first washed my hair with FREEZING cold water, and then left it DRIPPING??? while i had a cloak on. and then the cut was absolutely horrid. hated my bangs. and was rushed out of the seat for another client. spent $100 left feeling like $0.
