I was supposed to get a short haircut at number 2 and a 1 around my ears. She decided to try to taper along the sides and left a lot of hair along the sides at 3 or 4. From the front it looked okay until I got home and noticed how long it actually was. I thought of going back but I didn't want this new gal to get in trouble. Now I regret that decision. So my wife got out our clippers and shortened my hair. I would like to get reimbursed for this botched job. People need to listen to the customer and just do what they say instead of doing it "their" way.

The cut was very uneven right before I left for vacation. I returned today hoping they could help fix it. Instead, I was told with attitude that this was “normal for a finger length haircut” and that the only way to fix it would be to clipper my hair to one length. I went to another barber to the same day and had it fixed. Will not go back to this location.

He contacted me, apologized profusely, and invited me back to the store where he personally corrected the issues for no charge. The haircut is great, and I assured him that I would return for him to cut my hair every time. Well done, Adam. This is how business is done! Original Review: I seldom leave reviews, but I feel compelled to at this time. This Great Clips is a very mixed bag. Adam is great. Bree is wonderful. But tonight neither of them were there, and I should have taken that as a sign to stay away. Whichever young lady that cut my hair provided the absolutely worst haircut I have ever received. After numerous tries, she still could not manage to get the sides even. After an hour, I had to leave and just said “Forget it.” Sad that I spent $22 to only have to go somewhere else and spend it again for the cut to be fixed. I really don’t think I’ll be back again.
