  Beware - they will automatically add in a tip. Actually, I did plan on leaving a tip and then I noticed they automatically added a $10 tip without my knowledge or consent, which I did not appreciate, so I asked her to reduce it to $5.

  UPDATE: I am updating my review to indicate that I was blown away by the manager’s (Adam) professionalism. He contacted me, apologized profusely, and invited me back to the store where he personally corrected the issues for no charge. The haircut is great, and I assured him that I would return for him to cut my hair every time. Well done, Adam. This is how business is done! Original Review: I seldom leave reviews, but I feel compelled to at this time. This Great Clips is a very mixed bag. Adam is great. Bree is wonderful. But tonight neither of them were there, and I should have taken that as a sign to stay away. Whichever young lady that cut my hair provided the absolutely worst haircut I have ever received. After numerous tries, she still could not manage to get the sides even. After an hour, I had to leave and just said “Forget it.” Sad that I spent $22 to only have to go somewhere else and spend it again for the cut to be fixed. I really don’t think I’ll be back again.

  I’m so glad I booked an appointment with an hour wait to only have it canceled after I drove 30 minutes. Then you offered to add me to the bottom of list!? How about we don’t clear reservations out of the system when they don’t show up exactly on time.. or send a text that verifies the reservation if someone is running behind. Won’t be back.

  Listened to a child and not the mom. Completely ignored what I asked for and what he has always had. Even though he just didn't feel like getting his haircut she made me feel like I had to stay silent to avoid confrontation or whatever she may have accused me of. That's the world we live in now. Basically just paid for 1/3 of a haircut and it looks worse than he did going in. Please see the review before mine. While my son didn't get cut his hair looks very similar to the pictures before. I wish I would have seen that before going there. Never again.

  I’ve taken my son to this location for 8 whole years. I have never had such a terrible experience. By the time he came back to me, his ear was bleeding, his neck had red marks across the back of it from the razor, and the person who cut his hair made it seem like everything was fine to try to rush us out of the shop. My son has never left GCs with a mark on him until today. His hair cut looks like a bowl cut and his “taper fade” is far from a taper face. The hair behind his ears was left long and I was going to correct it when we got home but he was so upset about his ear being cut that I couldn’t get the long hairs. All I heard from the stylist was excuses. Instead of talking so much, the stylist needs to focus on technique. The level of experience is clearly not there. The manager knew what happened, failed to apologize for his stylist when he knew she cut a child, and failed to handle the situation appropriately. I noticed a couple other men come in and leave the shop with choppy hair cuts. The whole shop needs to focus on basic skills.
