- LSLynsie SApr 1, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would. I had Melba, I asked for a v cut with layers with only 1 inch off the bottom and to NOT touch my bangs as I'm growing them out. She cut about 3 inches off of my hair, no layers to be seen and very uneven as the left side is visibly longer than the right side. Then she went in to "blend my bangs" as she said and cut them backwards, so the hair closest to my ears is higher than the hair closer to my eyes...I've never seen anything like it. She knew it was a mistake when I asked her to stop, she then brushed my bangs back and said since I have a wide face I should wear my hair brushed back..."a tip" she said. I still left her a nice tip when I shouldn't have at all. Now I have hair shorter than my shoulders that is blunt and thick and short bangs that are diagonally pointing down toward my nose. It's wild. I'll never be back.

If walk-ins are only accepted until a certain time, that should be clearly posted. Poor communication and disappointing customer service.
- TBTim BarthelFeb 17, 20261.0On Monday February 16th, I got one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. My hair was cut completely different then anyone at Great clips has ever done. Almost my entire head was cut with clippers and before I could even say anything, it was too late. A #2 on the sides and back does not mean all the way into the top side. Especially seeing how my hair looked walking in, it doesn't take much to figure out the look.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
