The lady who got In line in front of me she even told the personel that I was there first and that I should be first in line but she just clearly ignored that. Won’t be again for sure you just lost 3 clients here.

I asked for 3 inches to be cut off the back as my hair is very long. And to even out my bangs & cut 1/2 an inch. She pulled my hair back and cut a small area then pulled the rest down in the back and I kid you not - just chopped off over 3 inches. When I looked up, I was stunned. Her comment was well you said three inches. I look ridiculous. It's so short I can barely keep my hair in a ponytail. I tipped her nicely and shouldn't have. I was there less than 5 minutes. She never cut it evenly. Then she went to thin my bangs and I had to stop her as I didn't ask for that. I'll never go back to Great Clips.
