- HSHope SalazarApr 4, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I stopped in around 7:45 PM, knowing the mall closes at 8, just to quickly grab a Too Faced product and a blush. As soon as I walked in, an employee immediately said, “We’re closed.” Confused, I checked the time and asked, “You’re closed?” She then responded, “We close in 5 minutes.” That interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I understand stores prepare to close, but turning customers away before closing time, especially without offering help or even basic courtesy, is poor customer service. Management should address this. If this is how customers are treated before closing, it’s a bigger issue than just one interaction. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business to Sephora instead.

The only two other associates that were nice were the cashier and another older lady on the floor. While checking out the 6 for 60 promotion didn’t apply yo my purchase which wasn’t listed anywhere on the store and the same rude associate said “oh yeah that doesn’t apply to that” and I don’t mind paying it. However her tone was very rude and dismissive. Maybe for a next time have better signage on the store and a better organized store.
