One of the main reasons I go to this location is because of Sassy. She’s incredible! Her customer service is unmatched, and over time we’ve become friendly because she’s consistently gone above and beyond to help me find the right skincare and makeup. She’s one of the best employees Sephora has, hands down. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I had a disappointing experience with the store manager, Katie. While Sassy was about to help me, Katie interrupted us in a way that made me feel disrespected as a customer and was also discouraging to see how she spoke to Sassy in front of me. Even though Sassy and I have built a friendly rapport through her excellent service, I still expected to be treated like any regular customer. It was disheartening to witness that kind of behavior from management, especially when most of the staff are so kind and professional. I hope the leadership at this location can reflect the same respect and positivity that the rest of the team — especially Sassy — always provides.
