    Taryn genuinely made our visit feel special. Her customer service was warm, caring, and truly heartfelt. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such kindness that I instantly felt comfortable and welcomed. She went above and beyond by creating a custom hair toner formula for my girl, handling it with so much attention and sincerity. You can really tell she loves helping people and wants them to leave feeling their best. Taryn's warmth, friendliness, and dedication left a lasting impression. I'm so grateful for the experience she created. My girl and I will definitely be back!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
