After yanking on my hair hurting me I asked for leave in conditioner. She gave attitude. I asked for bangs cut and thinned out. She only cut them. I asked her to thin them. She gave attitude. She blow dried my hair banging on my head. I have curly hair. I asked for a diffuser. She said we don't have one here. Since when does a salon have no diffuser. Went to pay I complained about the service, she replied go back to your other lady at your other great clips. I walked out without giving a tip. I was horrified at her treatment will never go back there!
