I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained, she acted like she knew what it was and everything...well his hair looked nothing like the photo, left long CHUNKS of hair in random places on his head. Im not sure how any of these women have a license to cut hair becuase this is a joke!!!!! DON'T GO HERE!

They don’t understand diversity at all every different race besides white I’ve seen has been messed up and even with white races they still do bad cuts! I also have seen constant bad reviews about the older Asian woman they are way to many complaints about her! I took my daughter here and she wasn’t served because they couldn’t handle her hair texture. Don’t become a hairstylist if you can only a certain kind of hair texture aren’t they taught that in the schools for hair? Unbelievable I bet they will just send that same copy and pasted message as they always do

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
