I'm overdue to review Kelly at this location. At another establishment I kept getting a much longer bob than I was asking for, and in fact somewhat gaslit that a jaw-length bob 'isn't possible'. I understand I don't do this by trade but I've gotten that cut plenty of times. It made me insecure in asking for shorter, but I really dislike having a long bob. It makes me feel sloppy and gives me sensory issues sticking to my neck. I finally came back to my usual spot at this Great Clips today, and Kelly gave me exactly what I asked for in 10 minutes flat. I feel like a million bucks! She's so professional and kind too, like everyone here. Thank y'all for what you do :)
