- EEEmMar 6, 20261.0had highlights done and was not happy. Came out very brassy and low lights were too dark to my natural. Then went somewhere else to get it fixed and they showed my layers were not cut correctly! Even after i went to someone who charged $100. I am sorry, I won't be back for hair services. This place is not what it once was.

As any professional should, she wants to make sure you don't leave with an unwanted color OR even worse, your hair falling out. So if she tells you that something will take some time to lift/brighten, TRUST HER! *Also, she doesn't smoke - In case someone is sensitive to having that while dealing with their hair*
