- AAAngelica A.4 days ago1.0There were disappointing experiences with both Liliana and Adriana. Liliana was knowledgeable and explained things well, but the haircut was uncomfortable due to being scraped twice with the comb, which made that part of the service unpleasant, that is the reason I decided to try a different stylist. With Adriana, toning was not done even though it was discussed, leaving the hair very yellow and unfinished. As a result, there was no choice but to go to another salon to fix the color, which meant spending additional time and more money to correct what should have been done during the original appointment. Overall, the experience was frustrating, disappointing, and did not meet expectations.

I wanted to book a more experienced stylist, but there were no available slots, so I chose the best option available. In the salon everything looked fine, but at home it became obvious that the haircut is uneven — one side is clearly longer than the other. Please let me know what solution you can offer.
