I wanted to book a more experienced stylist, but there were no available slots, so I chose the best option available. In the salon everything looked fine, but at home it became obvious that the haircut is uneven — one side is clearly longer than the other. Please let me know what solution you can offer.
- LSL SOct 12, 20251.0Unfortunately this salon struggles with their booking. I have had 3 appointments canceled by them at the last minute. Once I sat there waiting for 45 minutes until they finally figured out the stylist wasn't coming in... despite them calling me and confirming the day before. Today I got a phone call about an hour before the appointment that - opps- my stylist wasn't scheduled that day...despite the fact that the called me and confirmed the appointment the day before again. My advice would be to find another salon where they better manage and honor their appointments. Three strikes and you are OUT JCP Salon.
