So I did that and then they proceeded to make me wait for an hour and a half whole everyone who had appointments went in before me. I walked out eventually without my haircut for them to call me 20 minutes later. It was one of the most stressful and overwhelming situations I've ever been put in by "professionals." It took me quite a while to even be able to post a review about it.
