- IIIsacJan 4, 20261.0I been customer of great clips for around 15 years I went get my hair cut today 1/3/2026 to 711 blue lakes Blvd N twin falls idaho 83301 because I got the Celebrate bowl season with a $9.99 haircut coupon and I showed the email to the employee after my hair cut was done with the code and her answer was I don't know how to do those so you have to pay a regular price so I paid the regular price and left very disappointed I'll probably won't be back to that place anymore that kind of customer service is not very professional.

I regret to give tips to the lady, since I came home and found there are still many longer hairs at different spots on my head, which made me crazy. The lady even can’t make smooth haircut with the machine. She even proud to say she finished my haircut in seven minutes. What a terrible skill she has. Definitely not recommended and won’t come back anymore.
