She lopped off an additional 2 inches after we agreed on a length and it looks nothing like the reference photo I showed her. She probably took like 10 minutes, barely touched the back and one side was over and inch longer than the other when she asked me how I liked it as if she was done already. It took me 4 times of asking her to go back and change it until I eventually gave up, its still crooked, the back is longer than the front, and it just looks kinda dumb.

I asked for my hair to be cut to my shoulders, but instead it just barely lines up with my chin and the left side is even shorter than the right side. Normally I'd just shrug it off because it's hair and hair grows back..but I'm so embarrassed with how I look and I've got my baby shower and maternity pictures this weekend..Not sure I can even style it to make it look good for maternity pictures😭😭

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
